Quirkly is for entertainment purposes only. The quizzes, results, and articles on this site are not psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice, are not a diagnosis, and are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Do not make decisions about your health, relationships, or money based on a result you got here.
1. Who we are and what this covers
Quirkly (https://getquirkly.com) is operated by CKT Company, 209 Gonghang-daero, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea (“we”, “us”). These Terms are an agreement between you and us and apply every time you use the site. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.
2. Who may use Quirkly
Quirkly is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 years old to use it. If you are between 13 and 18, use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email chlrhlanf3652@gmail.com and we will delete it.
3. No account, no fee
The site is free and there is nothing to sign up for. We may add, change, suspend, or remove any quiz, article, or feature at any time, including this one, without notice.
4. Your content
You may post short comments on result pages. You are responsible for what you post, and you agree not to post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, spam-like, infringing, or containing anyone’s personal information — yours included. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and remove that comment on the site. We may remove any comment at any time for any reason, without notice.
5. Our content
The quizzes, questions, result copy, articles, images, cards, design, and code on this site belong to CKT Company and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may share links and your own result cards freely, including on social media. You may not copy, scrape, republish, translate, or build a derivative or competing product from our content without written permission. Automated scraping, bulk downloading, and reverse engineering are not permitted.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t interfere with the site or the servers behind it, don’t attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, don’t inflate participation counts or reactions through automated means, and don’t use the site in a way that violates any applicable law.
7. Third-party links, ads, and services
The site may contain links to other sites and may display advertising served by third parties. We don’t control those sites or ads and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. What those providers collect is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result is accurate or meaningful. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CKT COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CKT Company from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above and post the new version here. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing here removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live.
