Hephaestus
Quiet, underrated, and secretly the most skilled.
Taking charge and making things happen.
Thinking three moves ahead.
Pulling people in without trying.
Making things, and making them well.
Needing room to roam and follow your own rules.
Who you are
Hephaestus was the god of fire and the forge, the one who built the gods' palaces, weapons, and wonders. He wasn't the flashiest god on Olympus, and you might not be the loudest person in the room either. But you're the one who actually makes things.
You're good with your hands and your head. You'd rather fix it yourself than call someone, and you take real pride in doing a job right. People often underestimate you at first, then quietly start depending on you for everything.
The risk is being so focused on the work that you forget to let people in. You don't have to be useful to be worth having around. Some people want to know the person, not just the one who can fix their sink.
You know it's you when…
- You fixed something yourself instead of calling a professional
- You spent a whole weekend on a project and forgot to eat lunch
- Someone was surprised to find out you built the thing they loved
