Cool ENTJ
Decisive, unbothered, and slightly terrifying in meetings.
A busy day fills you up rather than draining you
You're always two steps into what it could become
You decide on the logic and tell people afterward
Decided feels better than open, almost always
What you feel rarely makes it to your face
Who you are
Nothing about your face tells anyone what's happening. You make the call, you deliver it flat, and you move on — and people spend the rest of the day trying to work out whether you were angry. You usually weren't. That's just what your neutral looks like.
You see the gap between where a thing is and where it should be, and the distance between those two points is physically uncomfortable to you. So you close it. Somebody has to, nobody's doing it, and you've stopped waiting to be asked.
You're genuinely good at this and the collateral damage is real. Moving fast means people get rolled — not maliciously, just efficiently — and by the time you notice, they've been quietly withholding their best work for a month.
Running this cool means your team fills in the blanks, and they fill them in badly. In the absence of any signal, people assume disapproval. Saying "this is good work" out loud, unprompted, costs you four seconds and changes how hard people are willing to try for you.
