Warm ESFJ
Warm, generous, and slightly overextended.
A busy day fills you up rather than draining you
You trust what's actually in front of you
You decide on the people in the room, every time
Decided feels better than open, almost always
Your face and your voice give the whole thing away
Who you are
You're openly, visibly invested in everyone. The check-ins, the celebrations, the remembering — it's all out loud, and being in your circle is one of the more reliably good experiences available to the people in it.
You track the social state of a group continuously — who's been quiet, who's been left out, who's about to be upset — and you act on it before it becomes a problem. Most of the reason things stay pleasant around you is work you're doing that nobody sees as work.
You need people to be okay with you, and that need is a real force in your decisions. It makes you attentive and generous, and it also makes disapproval land much harder on you than it needs to, including disapproval from people whose opinion shouldn't matter.
The bill comes as over-commitment. You say yes because saying no feels like letting someone down, and you accumulate obligations until you're exhausted and quietly hurt that nobody noticed. They didn't notice because you're extremely good at hiding it. Say no once with no explanation attached.
