The read on the job is correct — it's taking more than it gives and it isn't leading anywhere. The problem is that leaving right now would trade a bad situation for a worse one, and quitting into no savings and no plan is how a burnout becomes a crisis.

This is the most common result on this quiz, and it's genuinely the hardest one to sit in, because you've already decided emotionally and now you have to keep showing up anyway. That gap is exhausting in its own right.

So change what you're doing here. Stop trying to win at this job. Your actual job now is the exit: money in the account every month, resume updated, three conversations a month with people outside the building, one skill that transfers.

Give it a horizon — three months, six months, something real. A deadline turns "stuck" into "leaving in June," and those are completely different states to live in.
