You're Fine, Actually
Good job, real runway, itchy anyway. That's normal.

There's a version of this that still goes somewhere

Who you are
Energy intact, path ahead, options if you want them. By the numbers this is a good job and you're in a good spot, and you took a quiz about quitting anyway — which is worth being curious about rather than embarrassed by.
Sometimes that itch is real information arriving early: a value mismatch, a manager going bad, a field you'd rather be in. Sometimes it's just the ordinary restlessness of month fourteen, which passes.
The way to tell them apart is specificity. If you can name exactly what you'd want instead — the role, the field, the trade-off — that's a signal. If all you can name is "something else," that's usually restlessness.
Meanwhile, the highest-return move available to you is inside this job: ask for the harder project. Being in a good job and still growing is a rarer position than it sounds.
You know it's you when…
- Nothing is actually wrong and you're still restless
- You can't name what you'd want instead, just "something"
- You'd be a strong candidate somewhere else and you know it
