The Snack Architect
The way you eat that is not how people eat that.
Yours lives in objects, routines and the physical way you do things
It surfaces long after people thought they had you figured out
You cannot explain it and you have stopped trying to
Who you are
You have a small number of deeply strange food constructions and consumption methods that you would never have mentioned unprompted. The specific layering. The thing you dip in the other thing. The order the components have to be eaten in, which is not negotiable and also not explainable.
Nobody finds out for a while, because this is a thing you do alone. Then you do it in front of someone for the first time and they stop mid-sentence, and you realize that you had assumed everyone did it.
That's the real beige-flag structure: not a habit you're hiding, but one you never knew was unusual. It lands warmly because there's no performance in it at all — you were just eating, in the way eating has always worked, until an audience informed you otherwise.
There is no downside and nothing to fix. Continue.
