Who you are
You're at the center of the group and you organize none of it and you have never once flaked. Someone posts a plan, you're in, you're on time, you're there until the end. That reliability is a load-bearing part of this group whether or not anyone says so.
You don't need to run things and you don't need to be the story of the night. You just want to be in the room with these people, which is a simpler motivation than most people in a friend group have.
The one thing you don't do is initiate, and because everything else about you is so present, nobody notices. But your friendships all quietly depend on someone else making the first move.
If the organizer in your group ever burns out, the whole thing goes quiet — and you'd be surprised how fast. Being the one who starts something once a season is cheap insurance against that.
