Warm ENTJ
Runs everything, and wants you to be okay about it.
A busy day fills you up rather than draining you
You're always two steps into what it could become
You decide on the logic and tell people afterward
Decided feels better than open, almost always
Your face and your voice give the whole thing away
Who you are
You drive just as hard and you're openly invested in the people you're driving. You'll push someone past what they thought they could do and genuinely celebrate it, and the loyalty you generate is real — people will follow you into things they'd refuse from anyone else.
You see the gap between where a thing is and where it should be, and the distance between those two points is physically uncomfortable to you. So you close it. Somebody has to, nobody's doing it, and you've stopped waiting to be asked.
You're genuinely good at this and the collateral damage is real. Moving fast means people get rolled — not maliciously, just efficiently — and by the time you notice, they've been quietly withholding their best work for a month.
The warm version has its own trap: you can mistake being liked for being aligned. People agree with you in the room because the room is warm, and then quietly do something else. Ask for the objection explicitly. Your enthusiasm is loud enough to bury a real one.
