Warm ESTJ
High standards, and clearly on your team.
A busy day fills you up rather than draining you
You trust what's actually in front of you
You decide on the logic and tell people afterward
Decided feels better than open, almost always
Your face and your voice give the whole thing away
Who you are
Same rigor, with the approval visible. You'll tell someone their work was excellent and mean it specifically, and then tell them exactly what's wrong with the next thing — and because the first part is real, the second part actually lands.
You turn intentions into systems. Someone says something should happen and you're already asking who owns it, by when, and what happens if they miss — which is unglamorous, occasionally irritating, and the reason things at your workplace get finished.
Your standards are not negotiable and you don't apologize for that. It makes you excellent to work with if you're competent and exhausting if you're finding your feet, and you don't always distinguish between someone who's careless and someone who's new.
Your version's risk is over-owning. Being warm and organized means people bring you their problems, and you take them, and eventually you're running a personal operations department for four adults. Some of those are theirs. Hand two back this month.
