You don't do quick. You sit with a message, think about it properly, and eventually send something considered and warm that answers what they actually meant rather than what they typed. It arrives late and it's worth it.
Almost nobody texts like this any more, and the people on the receiving end usually save yours. You treat a message as a thing worth a real answer, which in a medium built for speed reads as a small act of respect.
The delay does damage you don't see. Time-sensitive things go stale, casual threads die before your reply arrives, and people who wanted a two-word answer today get a beautiful one tomorrow that no longer helps.
Split the job: send a fast holding line now, the real answer later. You keep the quality and lose the cost.
