Cool INTJ
The plan is finished. You just haven't announced it.
You recharge alone and you don't apologize for it
You're always two steps into what it could become
You decide on the logic and tell people afterward
Decided feels better than open, almost always
What you feel rarely makes it to your face
Who you are
Almost nothing shows. You've already run the scenario, picked the path, and decided who to tell — and from the outside you look like someone considering a menu. People routinely mistake your silence for agreement, and then discover a fully-formed position they never saw coming.
You think in systems and time. Where other people see a decision, you see the third-order consequence of that decision in four years, which is why your advice ages so well and lands so badly in the moment. You are frequently right early, which is functionally the same as being wrong until everyone catches up.
Your standard for competence is brutal and mostly aimed at yourself. You'd rather do a thing alone than watch it get done at seventy percent, and that instinct has quietly cost you collaborators who would have gotten to ninety with a little patience from you.
The cost of running this cool is that people can't tell the difference between you being fine and you being done. By the time you say something, you've usually been finished for weeks, and it lands on them as sudden when it was anything but. Say the first draft out loud sometimes. Not the conclusion — the draft.
