Warm ISFJ
The reason this whole group still functions.
You recharge alone and you don't apologize for it
You trust what's actually in front of you
You decide on the people in the room, every time
Decided feels better than open, almost always
Your face and your voice give the whole thing away
Who you are
You show the care and people feel it constantly. The check-in text, the food when someone's sick, the thing you remembered from six months ago — you make it obvious that people are held, and a lot of your friend group's stability is downstream of that.
You remember things about people that they've forgotten telling you — the allergy, the anniversary, the thing they were dreading in March. And you act on it, quietly, without ever mentioning that you remembered. That's the whole texture of how you show up.
You'd rather absorb a cost than create friction, which works beautifully in the short run and accumulates badly over years. Somewhere in there you built a role where your needs are the ones that get adjusted, and everybody else got used to it because you never objected.
Being this warm makes you very hard to say no to and very bad at saying it. You'll take on someone else's emergency at your own expense and call it love, repeatedly, until you're depleted in a way you'd never let anyone else get. Your capacity is finite and treating it as infinite isn't generosity, it's a math error.
