Cool ISFJ
Does everything. Mentions none of it.
You recharge alone and you don't apologize for it
You trust what's actually in front of you
You decide on the people in the room, every time
Decided feels better than open, almost always
What you feel rarely makes it to your face
Who you are
The care is constant and the expression is minimal. You handle things before anyone notices they needed handling, and you'd genuinely rather not be thanked — being singled out is more uncomfortable than doing the work was.
You remember things about people that they've forgotten telling you — the allergy, the anniversary, the thing they were dreading in March. And you act on it, quietly, without ever mentioning that you remembered. That's the whole texture of how you show up.
You'd rather absorb a cost than create friction, which works beautifully in the short run and accumulates badly over years. Somewhere in there you built a role where your needs are the ones that get adjusted, and everybody else got used to it because you never objected.
Invisible labor gets taken for granted, always, and by everyone, and that isn't a moral failing on their part — it's just what invisible means. The resentment you're carrying is real and the information required to prevent it never left you. Name one thing you did. Not as a complaint. As data.
