Warm ISTJ
Dependable, and lets you know you're on the list.
You recharge alone and you don't apologize for it
You trust what's actually in front of you
You decide on the logic and tell people afterward
Decided feels better than open, almost always
Your face and your voice give the whole thing away
Who you are
Same reliability, visible affection. You remember the birthday, you notice the haircut, you'll say the kind thing plainly — and because everything else about you is so consistent, people believe you completely. Your warmth carries more weight than louder people's does.
You do what you said you'd do, on the day you said you'd do it, and you have never understood why this is considered remarkable. It's the whole basis of how people treat you: nothing you commit to has ever needed a follow-up, and everyone around you has quietly built on that.
You trust what's worked. Precedent isn't a limitation to you, it's evidence, and you've watched enough clever new approaches collapse to feel fine about that. The blind spot is that some of what you're defending is precedent nobody has questioned in years, including you.
The trap on this side is that being dependable and kind makes you the default answer for everything. You'll absorb tasks nobody assigned you until you're carrying a workload nobody knows about, and then quietly resent a group that genuinely doesn't realize. Say no to one thing this month. Out loud.
